The Training and Placement Cell, Hindustan College of Arts & Science, Chennai signed an MOU with Avtar Human Capital Trust, Chennai, on 15th December 2025, to empower deserving women students from underprivileged backgrounds through the Nipuni Career Pathing initiative. This collaboration focuses on career intentionality, skill-building, and employability through structured training and mentoring. Together, the institutions aim to enable young women to confidently transition into meaningful white-collar careers and sustainable futures.
