A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Psychology is an undergraduate program,

Psychology is a scientific discipline that focuses on the systematic study of human behaviour and mental processes across developmental, social, cultural, and biological contexts. At the undergraduate level, the study of psychology provides a foundational understanding of human functioning and behaviour, which is essential for personal growth, social awareness, and professional development.The curriculum aims to introduce students to core psychological concepts, theories, and methods while fostering critical thinking, scientific reasoning, and ethical sensitivity. This collaboration aims to promote youth mental health, counseling, and psychosocial support initiatives. The partnership focuses on workshops, awareness programs, and community engagement activities for holistic development.

The Department of Psychology, Hindustan College of Arts & Science, Chennai signed an MOU with Sankalp- The Open School, Chennai on 12th December 2022. This collaboration aims to conduct add on courses and to promote mental health awareness and psychological support programs. The partnership focuses on joint workshops, research, and community-based interventions in mental well-being.

Mental Health First Aid India, Chennai.

The Department of Psychology, Hindustan College of Arts & Science, Chennai signed an MOU with Mental Health First Aid India, Chennai on 30th May, 2022.
