- We use Razorpay as our third-party payment gateway for secure online fee transactions.
- By initiating a payment, you authorize us and Razorpay to process your payment information.
- All transactions are subject to Razorpay’s terms, conditions, and privacy policy.
Fee Structure
- The applicable tuition fees, examination fees, and other charges will be notified by the College and displayed on the Site or communicated officially.
- Fees once paid are recorded against the respective student account.

Refunds & Cancellations
- Tuition and other academic fees are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases as per College management discretion and applicable rules (e.g., duplicate payment).
- Any approved refund will be processed through Razorpay and may take 7–10 working days, subject to bank/payment provider timelines
Data Privacy & Security
- Razorpay ensures encrypted and secure payment processing.
- The College does not store sensitive payment information such as card details, CVV, OTP, etc.
- Student information collected during payment will be used only for academic and administrative purposes as per our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
- The College is not responsible for any failed, delayed, or incomplete transactions caused by Razorpay, internet issues, or your bank/payment provider.
